History and characteristics of Appaloosa breed horses

At first glance it is confusing because we are used to identifying the breed with the colorful coat, however, there are usually specimens that are born "covered" but present the other three characteristics of the breed and therefore are appaloosa and are registered in the genealogical registry.

These three characteristics are:

:: Mottled skin on the muzzle, around the eyes, and in the genital area.

:: White sclera similar to the human eye.

:: Helmets vertically striped with lines
